Loud music allowed till 11:00 PM within permissible limits

No smoking inside the villa; no furniture shifting without permission

Kitchen, gas & utensils / BBQ / campfire available at extra charges

No glass items or liquor inside the pool

No illegal activities, arms, hookah, or banned substances (immediate cancellation without refund)

Guests must carry valid ID proof; payment to be made online at check-in

Management not responsible for personal belongings; damages will be adjusted from security deposit
